Planned services

Five advisory service lines are planned for the first phase, starting with small and mid-sized U.S. EMS providers. None of them is offered at this time.

LA Planned · Phase 1

Lot assessment

Scope. One scoped lot or homogeneous sublot, one manufacturer part number and one documented source path.

Result. Document review (L0), an experimental CIRS prior, a recommended verification plan, one update after the laboratory report, a Digital Component Passport (DCP) record and a recommended disposition. The client decides acceptance.

SP Planned · Phase 1

Supplier-qualification program

Scope. Up to 10 suppliers.

Result. Qualification criteria, approved-source rules, records templates and one training session.

DM Planned · Phase 1

DMSMS / BOM assessment

Scope. Up to 300 BOM lines, with detailed review of a scoped shortlist of critical items.

Result. Lifecycle screening and ranked mitigation options for the client’s decision. Larger BOMs and engineering qualification are outside the package.

RT Planned · Phase 1

Advisory retainer

Scope. Up to 20 hours a month of scoped advisory support, including a review desk for recurring sourcing exceptions.

Result. Case conferences, evidence requests, supplier escalations and follow-up. Assessments and programs are scoped separately.

TR Planned · Phase 1

Workshop

Scope. One day.

Result. Training on lot-level evidence and verification planning. Attendance certificate only; it is not a certification.

Turnaround of a lot assessment

Offers from independent channels are often time-limited, so a lot assessment would run in two stages, each with a planning target:

  1. document-review (L0) findings and a recommended verification plan within two business days of receiving a complete evidence package;
  2. the updated record and recommendation within two business days of receiving the laboratory report.

Laboratory lead time is outside the assessor’s control and would be stated separately in each proposal. These targets are management assumptions, to be confirmed by time records in the first engagements.

Limits before validation

Until the scoring model has been through a validation program whose acceptance criteria are fixed in advance, services would be limited to documented expert review. Any numerical score would be shown as experimental, with its rationale, and the client would acknowledge that status in writing before work starts.

  • No accuracy, detection-rate or savings claims.
  • No authenticity certification at any stage; the client decides acceptance.
  • Laboratory testing is ordered and paid for by the client directly with the laboratory.

Not part of the plan

Component distribution or brokering, a company-owned test laboratory, defense-related work, civil aviation and space. Software tools and methodology licenses are a conditional later phase, described on the roadmap.
