Pre-launch. Company in formation. No services are offered at this time.

Gated by conditions, not by dates

Status and roadmap

Each phase begins only when its entry conditions are met, not when a date arrives. The current phase is Phase 0: pre-launch preparation.

Months are counted from the first operating month after incorporation. Where the business plan’s financial model uses a month for one of these conditions, it is an illustrative modeling assumption, not a scheduled date.

Phase 0 — Pre-launch

Goal. Legal, compliance and delivery readiness.

Gate to the next phase. At least three written, non-binding expressions of interest from civilian manufacturers; at least two accredited laboratories willing to accept client work; capital documented.

Stop or revise if. No expressions of interest after six months of outreach.

Phase 1 — Founder-led advisory for EMS providers

Goal. Prove paid demand and delivery quality, with one analyst added after the start.

Gate to the next phase. Revenue run-rate threshold set in the business plan.

Stop or revise if. Fewer than five paying accounts by Month 12: revise the segment or pricing.

Phase 2 — Productized services

Goal. Replicable delivery; add industrial, energy-equipment and medical-device manufacturers.

Gate to the next phase. All four software conditions listed below.

Stop or revise if. Validation outcome below the criteria fixed in advance: software stays on hold; services continue.

Phase 3 — Software and licensing (optional)

Goal. A CIRS/DCP software workbench and methodology licenses, only if every condition is met.

Gate to the next phase. Continuation test twelve months after the software is introduced.

Stop or revise if. Fewer than eight paying software customers at that point: no new sales or renewals; existing contracts are served to term; services continue.

Software conditions

Software and licenses would be added only when all four conditions are met, each with its own evidence:

  1. a validation report whose outcome meets acceptance criteria fixed in advance;
  2. five signed software design agreements with prospective users;
  3. formal acceptance of a minimum viable product by those users;
  4. a founder decision to enable the program.

The planned services do not depend on the software.
