CILM and Alexander L. Litvin’s proposed U.S. activities are independent personal initiatives. They are not affiliated with, funded by, or supported by his employer or any other organization. Employment history is referenced solely to describe prior professional experience.

The planned company would not sell, broker or hold electronic components, would not operate its own test laboratory, and would have no business relationship with the founder’s current employer or any Russian organization.
